Customer satisfaction is our priority at Raspberry Hills Wear. If you aren’t happy together along with your purchase, right here is our go back policy:

1. Return & Exchange Window

Exchange or go back requests should be made inside 7 days of delivery.

Clothing should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in authentic packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Discounted / Clearance items and final sale merchandise can’t be returned.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Email support@raspberryhillswear.com or touch us through WhatsApp together along with your Order ID and photo/purpose for go back.

Once approved, deliver the product back to our furnished warehouse address.

4. Refund Processing

Once inspected and approved, refunds can be issued through your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
